I heard of some people doing this....whenever they get hungry just eat cottage cheese nothing else for like 4 or 5 days. Just want your opinions...im thinkin about tryin it...do u think i should?
I need to lose 40 lbs!! Thanks for the help!!

Instead of doing this it is best to eat healthy all the time. Eat more fruits and veggies, lean meats, use butter instead of margarine, but use sparingly. Changing your eating habits for good is the only way to lose weight and keep it off.

I would get kind of sick of eating cottage cheese and nothing else for 4 or 5 days -- if i get the munchies I will munch on dry cereal like apple jacks or popcorn ..

Fast means not eating at all. So it's a diet and a fad diet at that. If you do lose weight you will gain it back when you go back to regular eating.

umm it works only if its fat free cottage cheese, put jelly on it to make it taste better
