I hate to tell you, but I don't know an ACTUAL reason, like a chemical imbalance or anything. My husband tells me it's because he works so hard at work he just wants to relax at home and doesn't feel like he should have to do that. I work full time and go to school full time and do all the housework so I don't think that that is a valid answer. Men usually do feel as if they already do so much, but my dad does most of the housework at my parents' house and works way harder than my mom, so I don't know. Maybe it is because deep in their minds we are still the homemakers and they are the providers, maybe it is just the way they were raised, maybe they just want to feel cared for like their mothers used to do for them, or maybe, just maybe underneath everything, they are just lazy. Wow--people took this question way serious. Didn't know house work was that much of an issue. No one does it, the house is messy so what. Unless is health hazardous, you people need to clean less and enjoy life more. T cute.

My husband does house work,cooks and does laundry and takes care of the kids.He is a truck driver and gone alot but when he is home he thinks I should sit down and relax.I have 6 boys.Only 1 of them is his.Ages 2-17 but he will clean up after them,cook,wash their clothes.

It's not fair to generalize that question. My husband cleans house and he cleans quicker and better than any woman I know. Now that I'm not working outside the home I do it all but it's my pleasure after all he's the bread winner.

I don't know what kind of man you have, my man cleans the house and washes clothes and he cooks too!! There are men out there who do clean and it doesn't take them all day to do so either. You haven't found the right man sweetie.

Sad but true', 'most' men think housework is
the 'womans job'..And these men are what is
known as 'Chovanists'.
Chovanistic males feel it is 'beneath' them to
do the dishes, sweep the floor, etc.
And 'god forbid' that they would ever have
to clean the toilet or scrub the tub.
I'm so glad my husband isn't one of these

They do not do it because the bring in most of the money. They dont relize being a woman is hard work, too. Some of us have jobs AND have to cook and clean. They need to grow up and learn this is not the 60's, its the 21st century, and things run diffrently.

Melbourne is ranked seventh maximum expensive city to stay in, contained in the international. Very dirty and unclean. there is random sculptures all around the roads. I bear in ideas seeing a bronze pelican sculpture once via the site visitors mild. The China city in Melbourne is horrid! for sure the community authorities did not positioned adequate attempt to make it look eye-catching. there is about like in hardship-free words 6 eating places in China city. And China city is like in hardship-free words a million km lengthy... and that is extremely short... actual Melbourne is everywhere and looks extremely disorganised. quite a number of racism there besides, cultural variety is scarce in melbourne. In long island, the ambience is purely very lively and pleasant. convinced adult adult males there have a tendency to envision you out much better for sure... they're much better pleasant in long island!!! Very organised.
