If you have a fever of 100 degrees or above, go see a doctor. Chances are that your infection is bacterial and you need antibiotics!

Sometimes an allergic reaction to over the counter drugs like tylenol and advil is not due to the medicine itself, rather the dyes and other non essential ingredients. Check with a doctor and based on what your reactions are to each medication, they might be able to find something appropriate.

Feel better!

Well it sounds like either the beginning of a flu or part of a cold. Of course these things aren't necessarily related to your stomach at all, so consider yourself lucky :)

I would reccomend orange juice first of all. I know it's not eating, but it is just a miracle in a jug when it comes to this sort of thing. As for eating, something easy on the body like chicken noodle soup would probably not be a bad idea, and if food is absolutely no problem at all, I would just aim for higher nutrient foods. Fruits, veggies, etc. as that kind of thing will aid your body in fighting the illness.

I don't know what you have but it sounds like strept throat and you'll have to go to the doctor sometime for that if that's what you have. Otherwise it will turn into romantic fever or something like that. If you start throwing up, you throat hurts worse, and/or your fever goes higher go to the doctor. With you having reactions to medication I would at least call them or a pharmacist and ask what you can take to bring your fever down and ease your discomfort.
