This is a file that should be burned to a CD, also called a "disk image". Now, you can't just drag it to a blank CD and burn the file. You have to use a special CD burning program that will take your disk image file and make a disk out of it.

The free ISO burning software I use is called ImgBurn. After you install it you can right-click an ISO file and burn it to the disk.

an ISO file is the contents of a cd or dvd put into 1 easy file, the program that i like to use to do stuff with isos is "Alcohol 120%" it can burn the iso, or mount it onto a virtual drive (basically, it makes your computer think there's another cd drive, with the iso as the disc)

An ISO file is a DVD Image file. You should be able to burn the DVD with any DVD burning software.

This is used to create/burn an actual disc with the program on it.

You can download a free software program called Burn CDC

here http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/utilities.html. You will have to have a cd burner.

It's a disk image (i.e. a raw data stream). In your burning software you need to 'burn image' or 'burn iso image' or something similar. Do not burn it as a file, you'll waste a CD.

Download DVD shrink and burn it to a DVD disk to watch with your DVD player or just open it with media player and watch it there.

Burn it to a CD or DVD. It will be bootable more that likely.
