My skin looks perfect, but it doesn't feel like it. I can feel tiny pimples which no one can see, and my skin feels dry in some areas. Does anyone know homemade remedies to fix it? I try to exfoliate every day with St.Ives

It is regular pimples, just they are really tiny and you can only see them if you go really close to my face. Plus they blend into my flushed cheeks.

Stop exfoliating, it aggrivates and dries your skin. Sounds like it's just very dry. Before you go to bed cleanse with a cream cleanser and glob vassoline or A&D ointment on your face before you go to bed, a couple of nights of this will get you back on track (if you feel uncomfortable with that, just mix a little in your normal lotion, but it doesn't work as well). This WILL NOT clog your pores or cause pimples. Then you can exfoliate once or twice per week and use a regular mosturizer.

Dry irritated skin will cause small pimples or forms of phsirosis. I had this problem for many years; one doctor told me it was dermititis and perscribed steriods, another doc told me it was a break out and perscribed atibiotics, and the next doctor asked me a lot of questions and we found the apricot scrub and oxy everyday dried my skin causing my break outs. So, I use Aveno everyday and total effects face lotions. I use Lumene mosture mask (at CVS) once per week and get a couple pimples once per month before my period, but no more breakouts now. It was definatly dry irritated skin!

the tiny pimples are normal but for your dry skin you should use a moisturiser or this home remedy is good to remove tiny pimples. mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon power and apply for 15 minutes and then wash off. It really works for tiny pimples

Perhaps you should see a dermatologist. You may have roseacea, or something that is more like a rash than tiny pimples. It could be a simple reaction to your facial cleanser, moisturizer, or something new in your diet, such as a new vitamin, or whatever. Does it itch, or is it red? Seeing a doctor is the first step, who can then refer you to a dermatologist if needed.

A pimple is a pimple. There is no doubt about that. If you have a skin condition, please visit a doctor. Perfect skin as it entails does not have any skin abnormalities.
