Thyroid problems. Get a blood test.
Circulation problems, diabetes?

I do know for sure thyroid causes this problem.

Also if you don't have enough body fat, you will get colder than people who have more fat on their bodies.

Go to your doctor and have a blood test.
Tell them about the problems you have with insensitivity to cold.

hope this is what you were wanting to know.

If this is your problem, be sure to wear layers of clothing, thin thermal underwear *cuddle duds* brand is wonderful and not bulky and helps retain body heat. doesn't show under clothing.

Neuropathy is just a unpleasant condition but with the book of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a guide that you will find here https://tr.im/X0qfW you can remove thermosetting pain that this disease trigger it.
In the event that you follow all the procedure answers presented in Neuropathy Solution book correctly your mind will release hormones, or “happy chemicals”, and these will help you fight suffering and alleviate stress.
The Neuropathy Solution does not need too much theory, just of good use guidance as you are able to set to function immediately.
