im so scared because i was once in love with this boy named darian.we had the perfect relationship ever but we lost contact with each other one day.now that i cry for him at nights im not sure how to get hi off my mind...ive been wanting him for months now but i cant find him i love this boy so much and i want him sooo bad i met his sister on line and she is trying her hardest to get back in contact with him in fresno now do i have my hopes up high or i just go on with my business and continue to love him????

My best friend of 2 years and I lost contact, I had a mad crush on her but due to certain reasons, I did not want to ask her out. After losing contact for 6 years I found her in the SF bay area. She had a very uncommon last name, so that helped. However, if her name was smith, I would have gone through lists until I reacher her. Anyway I found her after a decade. We talked on the phone for hours each month. She flew to NY to meet her fiance's parents. She decided to break it off with him because she said all she could think about was me, while she was there. Long story short, I moved her to utah where I love. The most beautiful romantic, wonderful thing in all my life.
She got drunk with her boss (bar owner) slept with him, lied about it, felt so guilty she moved out and didn't tell me why. Blamed it all on...I only floss my teeth a few times a week? I think she did that in hopes I wouldn't go around telling people that...I told everyone, everyone said that was BS, that there was another man involved. After 2 months she came clean, I loved her enough I would have let it go, but by the 2 months, so much damage was done it was irreversible.
So I am recently divorced and I won't talk to her because I loved her soooo much, and the lies are what killed it...or I should say deceit. Half truth, omitted crucial points etc.
So, the moral of the story is...this person will turn up sooner or later. The love may be stronger when he turns up...Perhaps so strong that you are blinded by warning signs, and you will get hurt. So, when he does turn up...and he will. You need to remember my story and take things nice and slow. Enjoy it, but give it all time to soak in, and take care of your heart and be somewhat rational.

I was going to say to give yourself a chance to get over him.
But
If you are in love with him, and there is a chance that you two could get back together and rekindle this perfect love you had, then I wish you all the best. And I truly hope you and this guy find happiness again.

Life must go on. If it is meant to be, you will find him again. You never forget your first love.
I lost mine after a big fight in high school. 25 years later we met again, then shared our life experiences what it was like with out each other We decided we didn't ever want to be with out each other again, so, we got married.
Now, we are living happily ever after, just like the story books.

you need to move on. if you and this guy really had something
special and he truly felt as you did then you would not have
lost contact because he would have made the point to keep
the comuication open regardless of what happen. time to
find that love that can give you what you need right now
not if i find him.

You sound like you are pretty young. I suggest that you make this boy a distant memory, & allow someone who is more relevant to your life into it.
The sooner you can accomplish that the better.

Well all any of us can do is what is before for us for today to do.....
Every thing else we need to leave in gods hands to work on. If it is meant to be it will work out... If not keep yourself open for other options....

just go on with your life. and have fun, if it was meant to be you will see him again. but don't wait and prolong your life. who knows you might meet someone else. just be patient.
