Does he like sports? Can you get tickets to some kind of sporting event he would enjoy? Otherwise, what about taking him to a sports bar for a "sports night" in which you can get him a sports team jersey. If he's not into sports but has another interest, look into an activity that addresses that special interest and treat him so it's a special day just for him base entirely on what he likes.

give him something and spray it with the perfume you wear so he could be remind of you all the time. yes, in fact, your smell is what will always remind him of you. what that thing you should spray... I dunno, flowers??? something subtle you say, maybe just a vaslentines card with your scent, that's subtle and he'll find it hard to forget you.
