dreaming of death usually symbolizes a change occuring in your life. very rarely does it mean the actual death of a person. dreams like this usually occur when a person knows that some part of their life is changing (a new baby, a marriage, a new job, ect.) or when their subconscious is trying to tell them they need to actively change some aspect of their life ( break up with an unloving partner, go back to school, change the way you feel about an issue, ect.) i'm not too sure about getting hurt in a dream. a really good place to look is in a dream dictionary, and there are thousands of them online.

Usually "death" means change, maybe for the better. Who knows, a new career, a new friend, breaking a bad habit.Dreams are the clutter of the subconscious mind tumbling around in your mind. The "getting hurt" part, I have no idea. Chow

Somtimes a dream could be just that a dream. But and also sometimes death could be or mean the end of something, I would suggest you pray about this and ask for God's guidance and protection

Here's my guess: It means you're very nervous or worried about something - or even depressed. I used to have the same type of dreams when I was afraid of getting fired five years ago and was really lonely to boot.
I also presume it has nothing to do with whether you need Jesus or not. Just a hunch.

Death actually means birth. It could also symbolize a rebirth of sorts , but is generally associated with you or someone being with child.

if you dream of death it means you are ready to have a "rebirth" of you life. as in you are ready to start another cycle of your life. out with the old in with the new :)
