The peanut butters we buy in the store have some kind of fat added to them.
You can buy natural peanut butter without additives, but it doesn't last as long. You can also grind your own from peanuts.

No it is a non dairy product if you mean butter as in from milk. Technically anything with an oil and fat content can be made into a "butter". Also apples can be mixed with spices and pureed into a kind of butter or spread.

No. Just like apple butter, which is apples, and sugar, it is made spreadable without the use of butter. But both are really good with butter on bread!
