well if you really like him, go ahead and ask him out. but if i were one of ur close friends and you asked me this questions, i would say NO!. Reason is because football players are notorious for being womanizers. He may say no to you if you ask him out in favor for a hotter girl, but he will come back like a yo-yo if he gets burned.

If he wasnt a foot ball player i would say yes but since he is no dont do it find another 17 year old, theres nothing wrong with it.

Don't ask him out. He'll think you're desperate or easy. Make him want to ask you out. Get him to notice you. Act confident in yourself. 'Accidently' bump into him or tell him what a great play he made. If he's interested, he'll make the first move.

let him ask you so you don't embarrass yourself. Not that I don't think he likes you, just that sometimes guys can put off the strangest signals. They act like they like you, then they ignore you....so strange. Its also a little awkword when the girl asks the guy, soooo flirt with him, show him your personality, and i'm sure he'll love ya

well im 12 almost 13 and like a boy in my classes that just turned 14............well he might just do u over then dump u so dont ask him out just drop hints
