Seriously whats up with it? Ive hung out with "the populars" and I dont even get why they are popular at all. They actually act really mean to people who arent in their click and they are just plain annoying when they are with their friends. And then people like all of the girls I hang out with cant even get a date to a school dance. We are nice, we have a good amount of friends, and its not like we are ugly or anything. Ugg, it just bugs when I hear all this Valentines day crap and then I think about stuff like that......

And those popular girls are probably easy and slutty:) You lovely girls don't have boyfriends NOT cuz they don't want you, it's because you pretty & nice girls want much more out of a relationship than those easy girls:)
Don't worry, you're prince charming will come one day. I know how you feel. And trust me guys don't change as they get older. I'm a 21 yr. old pretty girl, and guys hit on me but once they realize I wanna save sex for marriage they leave.
Forget boys, focus on your future goals.

Have you checked what *type* of boyfriend the populars have? Not the right kind, I assure you- their relationships rarely last a month- the longest I've seen one last personally is two weeks. The nice and pretty girl next door type you mentioned don't have boyfriends not because they can't get one, but because usually they want more out of a relationship then the 'populars' do.

O.K., I almost took the easy way out and said they are all sluts or use money to get attention. Then I thought about it. Sometimes, (ok, maybe a lot of times) that's true. But sometimes it's because those girls have a lot of self-confidence and are very outgoing. They convince others that they are important or special because they believe it themselves. When they abuse that self confidence they are known as a five letter word I won't write here.
So work on your self confidence and don't get too frustrated. Just don't ever turn into one of those five letter word girls.

Because they will do anything slutty just to brag about it or become more popular to try to fit in. And since us "good girls" actually have morals and stuff, the guys are in to that. I think it's the same reason that nice guys don't ever get the girl.

i would say some guys are nicer to prettier girls, but only to charm them and make a good impression. the real guys with a sansative side and/or heart will be nice to a girl no matter what their apperience is

The "populars" as you refer to them, are probably more showy and flashy to the guys, and it attracts more attention to them. But if you guys are attractive and nice, that's what most guys are looking for long term, maybe you should stop waiting a pursue a guy yourselves, as scary as that may sound.
