Go to internet search engine to read about parasite infestation. Best bet is Black walnut, grapefruit seed, and pumpkin seed, while many others are known for anti-parasitic properties, like termeric (Spice from your grocery store), garlic cloves, sage, and even spicy stuff like cheyenne pepper. You can order it over the internet. It can't hurt you, anyway. Tea Tree oil soap is good for skin things like that. You can even rub garlic on it, I'm not kidding!
Much of what I've read is to take Metamucil or Psylum Husk very much daily for at least 3 mos. in order to help purge your guts from such little bastards. Fiber type foods are good, beans, potatos, all that. Try to skip the meat for a while.
Can't hurt you to change your diet for a while, would it?
Main thing, use that little box at the top of your screen to go look and find out.

it depends on how long you have been using the med. some meds take time for it to work so you have to wait and keep using the med.

you can also ask the pharmacist in your local drug store for other options.

Not unless you don't mind having ringworm.

Otherwise if it's not clearing up, you might want to go back to the doctor for a different med.
