If the irritation gets worse at night, you have scabies, you will need 2 see a doctor 2 get a lotion 2 treat them with plus you will have 2 wash EVERY article of clothing including bedding. They are a bad nuisence, its not life threatening but I recomend seein yer doc soon. Hope this helps in some way also if this is not the case ya may have a skin condition called scoriasis*spelling* its dry skin contributed 2 cold dry weather. Just get some OTC (over the counter) lotion like Aveno or gold bond which I recomend.

I get that too. No, I don't know what causes it. The doctor perscibes me different kinds of creams for it and they work pretty good. You should see a doctor. Those people know a lot about stuff like this!

its an irratation when some much bacteria build up in your sock and shoe, so they'er muchen down on you. the more you scratch the more you let them into your skin.

try some good ol foot cream or anti bacterial cream. if it gets worse or you have for more than 5 days go to the docter
