i know this guy, and i can't decide if he's ADD or gay. He's really impulsive, but he makes weird remarks about homosexual things and recently kissed my brother's hand out of the blue. Some one help me.

Well... have you asked him if he's gay? Maybe he's eccentric? Impulsivity is not a symptom of homosexuality. He may have some sexual identity issues if he seems overly concerned or constantly makes comments. ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder also called Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD, is typically diagnosed in childhood, however can also be a problem in adults. ADHD symptoms typically have persisted at least 6 mos., are maladaptive and inconsistent with the persons developmental level, i.e., inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity(can't wait turn, blurts out answers before questions have been finished, often intrudes or interrupts others), symptoms evident prior to 7 years old, impairment at school or work, & home due to symptoms And symptoms are not due to Mood Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Psychotic Disorder such as Schizophrenia or other mental disorder.

Sounds like he might be a little slow or just strange.
If his actions bother you, stay away from him.
