Is he kidding? 28 is not old at all! You still have at least 35 working years left. Go ahead and go back to school.

You do whatever you can to get you an education. Do not let other people including your A-ss Hole husband tell you that 28 is too old to do anything. I just went back to the work force and I make great deal of money. Go to school and make a lot of money so you can get a new husband who will support your dreams and goals. He sounds like a selfish looooosser.
You go to school!

You are never to old to finish school. I stayed home, with each one of my girls for years...and they are spread out in age..18, 14 and 8. In between each of them I got little odd jobs and such, I should have been going to school but I did not..
After my little one started Kindergarten, I went to Nursing School, and got my LPN. Im very proud of myself...I was 37 years old...almost 39 now, just a little over a month from it. I have a wonderful Job and Career.
The one thing that did help me, was the wonderful support of my husband, he never once had a negative thing to say about me being in school..It only took me 11 months. He really is my rock!
Hun your still sooo young, you are only 28, you are not to old at all..Your life is only just beginning..
Talk to your husband, maybe let him read this and others comments. Im sure he loves you dearly, maybe he just doesnt understand the passion you have, for doing this.
We are never to old, never. When I was in nursing school, I had some 45 and 50 year old women in the class with me..they were wonderful role models for me, and they made me feel so young.
You can do this...Never ever give up on your dreams...
I have a friend who is going to go to nursing school, and she is 27 with 4 little ones, who are all in school now..But I know she can do it, if she puts her mind to it, and the support of her husband..
Never ever..ever...give up...
Hope this helps you some...

Follow your dreams, and if your husband cant support you hes git something wrong with him. You want to better yourself, and by doing that you will better your whole family. He is supposed to be your partner, not working against you. You do what makes you happy, a happy mom equals a happy child.
