Tamarascookbook.com is a free recipe/cooking website. I created it for my friend Tamara who loves to cook. www.tamarascookbook.com is a free environment that has free recipes for home cooks. The environment at www.tamarascookbook.com allows you to view, post, and rate recipes on the website. Everything there is free at www.tamarascookbook.com. The site is already posted but I will give it to her on her birthday, February 8, 2007. At that time all of the recipes will show. However, please visit the site now and tell me what you think. I thought it would be a great gift to her and all of the other cooking enthusiasts. www.tamarascookbook.com

allrecipes.com is free, and really easy to use. I keep a recipe box file there. they have an extended service that costs, but I don't need it, the regular selection is more than I will ever cook in a lifetime. Go to the website of almost any name brand of food, they probably have a website. there are many others, type in "recipes" on your browser, there is a whole list
Kraft, Nabisco, Hersheys, to name three. and there are food advisory boards that have websites, like for catfish, yes, I got a free recipe there. Food network and PBS have them for their shows, free. Some have magazines and cookbooks and extended services to order.

Just decide on a recipe title and search for the title plus the word recipe. You'll find dozens, if not hundreds, of free recipe websites.

Pretty much all Web sites are free now days. I have a few favorites, but just do a goole search for waht you are looking for and it will usually come up with thousands of recipes including many traditional Web sites, which are not common knowledge.

www.allrecipes.com
www.foodnetwork.com

But use Google!!!

bbc.co.uk/food is one.

Also go to any television programme cookery site. Usually all you have to do is put in the name of the programme into the address bar and the computer will come up with web sites.

Another way to do it is to do it using just your main ingredient, follow by the word recipes and it will come up with a whole host of alternatives! Happy hunting!!
