Definitely get rid of him. It also puts your sister out of his reach especially if he is older than her by 2 or more years. If he is over 18 he is a predator and your sister needs protected. I would like to know how did he kiss her? was it on the check, lips french kiss etc. That would tell a lot about his intentions

First of all your ex better be younger than 14. You should definitely not resume a relationship with this guy. That is an act of complete disrespect to you and to your sister. If you do get back with him than it will only get worse and it will hurt you more. Besides that you really should try to keep people like that away from your little sister, and yourself. Keep fishing.

If you both are older, then this is very very wrong. It was wrong anyway for him to kiss your sister, while dating you.
But if he is alot older, please get him out of your life..alot of pedophiles start young...This is kind of sick.
You did the right thing by breaking up with him...
You dont deserve that your little sister doesnt either...and 13 is that age, where she is very vulnerable, and wants Love, and wants guys to like her...and older guys know this, about little 13 year olds.

You should talk to him and your sister separately. But, if he would do that to your own sister, imagine if you had pretty friends!!! I'd say dump the guy. There are other guys out there who would treat you better than that! It would be hard, but if he did it once, he'll do it again. It might even go further.
