Whats a person called why they are missing limbs? Like a leg.

If it's a man, and he is missing both his arms, and both his legs, then it depends on where he is. If he is:
Hanging on a wall, ART
In a ditch, PHIL
In a pool, BOB
On a bicycle, OTTO
On your front door step, MATT
