ok so i finished and submitted my fafsa but i noticed that i had filled it out for the 2006-2007 year. The problem is that ii needed to fill one out for the 2007-2008 year
what should i do?
do i submit another one for the 2007-2008 year
can i even do that....i mean since that would be two applications submitted

i know that you can go back and edit your fafsa but how do you go about changing the year for which you wanted to apply for? i went back and i cant find out how to edit the year

First, go in and see if you can change the year (you can change other info, but not sure about the year). If you can't just fill out another application, it's not a problem because you missed the deadline for 06.

Just go back into the site and click "renew".. It will ask you what year you are applying for.. pick 2007-08 and the info should appear just like it did in the other one.. I did them both on the same day.. As long as they are for different years, it's o.k

You can always go back and make changes to your FAFSA, and update it. You haven't even missed the deadline, so I doubt that you'll have any problems.
