Those who contend that America "Idolizes" money and wealth, simply because we are the richest nation on earth, need to study scripture. King Solomon was the richest of the rich. Job was exceedingly rich. All throughout the entire Old and New Testaments, God clearly shows He rewards those who do His will. When America was founded, it was founded upon Gods Holy Word and on His Holy Commandments.
God blesses this country because of that.
Today America is turning far away from God and God will judge America for doing so.
However, America is rich because of Gods Blessings.
God also has used Americas wealth to feed the hungry and to get His Holy Word to the farthest ends of the globe.
America gives more money away for the sick, the homeless, the oppressed, the starving than any other country in the history of the world. God continues to bless America for doing this.
America is the worlds largest Christian nation.
This is obvious by how much we have.
This should be a lesson to the world: Those countries who reject Christ Jesus will never prosper as much as America.
Not even close.
Look at the world today and you can see this very clearly.
Those who hate America and Israel, are impoverished nations.
God teaches us this in His Holy Word. "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you, I will curse; and all people on earth will be blessed through you.
Israel inhabited a barren desert land and God has caused it to Flourish with plant life and water.
America is blessed by God because of it's support for Israel.
My prayer is that America will always be a friend to Gods Holy people, Israel.
Stop hating America and start loving Christ Jesus.

Be careful with an absolute like "all" just because American Idol is the most watched show on television doesn't mean "all" americans watch it, or for that matter place it, or the people on the show before God.

I know you are being "cute" but Americans should understand that they do worship idols. The real god of America is money and Father God will not deal kindly with those who replaced Him with this idol.
