dying of too much watter.....never heard of that one...i would stick with 5 water bottles per day

I just heard of a lady who died from water intoxication, so it's true that you can have too much water. I'm sure it takes a lot of water to harm you because you should pee most of it out, however your 8-10 glasses a day is the recommended amount on a daily basis any way, so i wouldn't worry unless you plan on entering a water drinking contest. (in which case the lady who did die was in such a contest) Remember your body is made up of 70% water and you need quite a bit daily to keep from being dehydrated.

8-10 is a good servingof watering and maybe u could have one more glass but there was a contest, drinking contest and the lady was a mother of two children and she died. and the people who were there didn't call the police or anything..it was pretty sad. so i say about 8-11 glasses are good for you:D and u can have a half a glass more if you wishy... :D

People who die from drinking too much water have been stranded in the desert or out at sea in a lifeboat drinking saltwater and then they get to shore and find fresh water.

10 glasses per day is what we need
if you are still thirsty it means that you consume toooooo much: salt,sugar,junk food,spiced food and no fruit
if your work is a heavy one, then you have to drink double

everyone has different body types
a friend of mine keeps 6 water bottles with her 4 school
and thats just 6 hrs
wen she gets home she has more
so yea
too much water is when u begin to drown
:-)

You are just right.
People who die drink that amount in an hour.....usually in contests.
I drink about 100 oz every day....w/no side effects.
