I'm looking for a recipe for making blueberry or pear juice, kind of like the bottled ones made by R.W. Knudson that you find in the health food section at the supermarket, or at a health food store. I'm not looking for something made in a juicer, but something that would more than likely be prepared on the stovetop, then strained and bottled.

I have made pear juice ! perhaps you might like this !
Peel pears and cut into chunks put them into a in food processor transfer the juice into a large pot add sugar or Splenda to taste , juice of 1 lemon and boil for one hour on medium heat, transfer into Mason Jars and seal !
It's good and convenient!
I would use the same cooking method with the blueberries except omit the lemon juice.

Blueberry juice is just great mixed with frozen lemonade for a nice cool beverage. Pear Juice is a great marinade for pork. Add a little ground ginger and marinade a piece of pork loin in the refrig overnight. Delicious.
