He said no the first time, why do it again. Unless you are into rejection.
But, as long as the woman understands that whoever asks, pays, I am all for it. It would take the pressure of always making the first move away for once.

Best way to get him to say yes is to ask him if he wants to go out.. and then whisper " yes.. you'll get some".

I'd love for a girl to ask me out. However, that doesn't mean I'd go out with her just because she asked me out. If I already liked a girl, she'd have my heart by asking me out.
