He said no the first time, why do it again. Unless you are into rejection.
But, as long as the woman understands that whoever asks, pays, I am all for it. It would take the pressure of always making the first move away for once.

Wish a girl would ask me out, sure would make it alot easier on me on the rejection side of things. But I'm a shy guy anyway.

Though #1 - will I get some?
Thought #2 - Where am I gonna hafta take her?
Thought #3 - Wendy's has a dollar menu.. then I'll get some.
Best way to get him to say yes is to ask him if he wants to go out.. and then whisper " yes.. you'll get some".

I'd love for a girl to ask me out. However, that doesn't mean I'd go out with her just because she asked me out. If I already liked a girl, she'd have my heart by asking me out.

They think it's an easy score! Leave him alone, some guys don't like pushy girls. And sometimes if you act like your not interested, then he will be.
