well, to us muslims it is true. Just how christians see their religion as true.
what some people had been saying about muhammad being a sneaky thief, someone who's taking advantage over weak people, and being bitter and using the quran as violence towards others after he got kicked out of mecca ( which he left, not kicked out), just shed your ignorance and pick up a good book on islam instead of reading all of those anti islam websites .

Yes, it was sent down by God to Muhammad (PBUH) to help the people of Saudi Arabia. At the time they were straying away from the true path of God (Christianity, Judaism) so God sent Islam so the people will go to the right path and not commit sins.

Yes.
From the Holy Quran:
"And this (submission to Allah, Islam) was enjoined by Ibrahim (Abraham) upon his sons and by Yaqoob (Jacob), (saying), "O my sons! Allah has chosen for you the (true) religion, then die not except in the Faith of Islam (as Muslims - Islamic Monotheism)."
( Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #132)

Yes it is a true religion. But, as a Christian, I do not believe it is the TRUTH of God.

Any cult that grows beyond a certain level is considered a religion. But islam points out the worst in what religion dies and is, hatred and lies.

I've yet to find a true religion at least organized religion.
At best the metaphorical use of pantheism.
