I am 13 years old & I have braces. I want nice stud lip ring really bad! I can handle the pain believe me. Will they damage my braces & how should I perice my lip?

Pretty much everyone who has a labret piercing ends up destroying the gums on at least one - usually two - of their lower incisors. The only remedy is to have a minor surgical procedure to TRY to repair the damage once the individual gives up wearing the labret stud. In the worst cases, I've seen very young adults (like 20-22) come in with the tooth about to fall out and it's too late to save it. It would be criminal to have your teeth straightened with braces and then screw them up with a piercing.
Search using "lip piercing periodontal" as a search term and you will find over 2,000 articles documenting this destruction.
Don't get a labret piercing.

You should probably ask your orthodontist. If you do get your lip pierced go to a piercing place otherwise it WILL get infected!
