To me thats a pretty far out question. Thats like asking what if the pilgrims hadn't come over to the U.S. No one knows what would have happened. And for those of you that say its lies and the like, have you actually read these books? Perhaps ignorance should not be an acceptable excuse for stupidity in this case.

Nobody would be a Christian because the stories in the Gnostic gospels are so very different. The Bible would sound like two different mythologies.

The followers of Jesus would have been even more divided than they are today, and probably would never had made such an impact on the world.
Like it or not, the Bible has, for the most part, helped to strengthen civilization, and even advance mankind.

The Gnostic gospels were not written by the witnesses to the events. They were false. The world would be more screwed up.

No difference. Man will always try to read between the line and circumvent the truth Father God gives because we seem to be unable to give up our stupid prejudice.

For that world to exist, God would have to not be the author of the Bible. As it stands, God has given us his words in Scripture that we can trust and learn from.

Too many factors too speculate for me just as the DeVinci Code if it were real would it really matter at this point ?
And would they still have rewritten them ?

Man seems to think that GOD needs his/her help in writing the BIBLE and running HIS CHURCH. WHY is THAT?? What was inspired of GOD should be our BIBLE, Nothing More!! Have a great day.

They were not included for very good reason. They make no sense. Like your question. The world would be exactly where it is.
