She is new to my school she said that she move here because of family reasons. I talk to her sometime. I really like her personality she seems really nice but I don't know how or if i should ask her out. I don't know if it would be more of a hassle to ask her out then she have all of this stuff with her family that i cant handle. she seems like a really nice person. What should i do?

Figure out a way to spend some time with her, like ask her for help with a class assignment. Then when you are finished with the studying, casually make the statement that you are hungry and want to get something to eat. Inviting her would make it appear as if you are being polite and considerate. Then once you two are out you can talk about other things outside of class and you can determine if she reciprocates your interest.

Dont rush into things with this girl let her adjust to the surroundings first.... be her friend first exchange numbers and then let it flow once you get to know her more on a friendship level and you still have that strong interest in her relationship wise then ask her out but I'd suggest being her friend first and then go from there~

try asking her in a foreign language, like Arabic or something. You could even dress up like Saddam or Osama, it would be really cool
