I know very little spanish, so don't take my complete word for this. I do know that "como estas" is translated as "How are you?" "pa" I believe refers to father, but I'm not sure about that. So I'm guessing this would mean, "How are you dad?"

"Pa" Does mean a lot in spanish!!!
"Pa" is the abbreviation for Papá or papi, which means Father or Dad.

cómo estás? = How are you?
some girl above called herself teacher??? whatever...

I guess it must be: epa, ¿cómo estas? which means: Hey, how are you?
"Pa" doesn´t mean anything in Spanish. It´s just a syllable.

all wrong...pa is short for para...
so the translation would be:
for the way you look...as in, you have a lot of success with men for the way you look ,in other words, being unattractive as you are you have a lot of success with men
