I care. My suggestion to you is to go to the emergency room and be evaluated by one of the doctors for depression. What you are feeling is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain and can be managed easily.
I know what it feels like to be depressed. But I got through it. For me I needed a little bit of counseling and some medication. It's been fifteen years since and I am happy. I just want you to know that things will get better and that what you are feeling is temporary but hurting yourself or killing yourself isn't a temporary solution it is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Watch some disney movies or the disney channel, play solitaire, do the crossword, put together a puzzle, soak in a bath, listen to some upbet music, call a friend, or email me.

There is nothing in the world worth killing yourself over, I was very depressed about 10 years ago and tried to kill myself twice, and I am so glad I didn't succed I got on some meds and got off the street drugs talk to a counsler and just pulled my head up a discovered I am worthy of good things, I know have a wonderful family but whent through many struggles to get there, my life was bad and I am only 26 now. Life is what you make it, so don't do it, if you need to call the suicide hotline or email, I'll be up for anothe half hour or so.

Please seek help at your local emergency room. There are crisis workers that can be called in, to assess your needs. Call a friend and have him/her stay the night with you. You are definitely not alone. I have had similar struggles and there is hope. Don't give up! I looked online and found this number that is toll free. If you need someone to talk to, use it (1-800-784-2433). The website link is below. Good Luck. I know it is hard to feel comfort when you are down, but remember that people care for you and help is out there!

even though i don't know you personally i still care about you.......just think of something that you enjoy doing or something that normally calms you down when you are upset, that might help.........if not then try talking to somebody.....i know most people in your family probably care about you enough to not get angry even if you have to wake them up to talk to them in the middle of the night........or at least that's how my family and my friends' families are.....so I'm pretty sure there is somebody you can talk to or ask for help. but please don't do anything to harm yourself no matter how much you feel like you want to or need to it isn't necessary and it will only make things worse. well i hope i helped and good luck getting through the night.

I am so sorry to hear about this trouble you are having. I don't know what you are upset about, but take a few deep breaths and try to relax just for a minute.
I want you to NOT hurt yourself. Really. It's important to me. Even though we are strangers, I care.
I don't know what is scaring you so badly, but take comfort in the fact that your panic is only temporary and it will pass. Try these sites for numbers to call.
Best wishes to you, dear.

go to your doctor and explain to him/her that your having trouble at nite, they can give you meds to help just mellow out before bed, or help more with other things. can talk to me on messenger if you want, when i'm on, am free to talk. can try to go to a councelor too, that could help.
