The Deutz engine complete service we change piston rings,
valve, filters all we change new. still have a black smoke and
the smoke is burning the eyes. please answere the question as
soon as possbile

Does it have a turbo charger? If yes, its lagging...that is one of the leading causes of smoking diesel engines (turbo lag).

Black smoke in a diesel is a sign of overfueling / too much air restriction, Get the pump checked, timing, and air filter.

Check your Fuel pump for proper timing and metering, check your air intake system for restrictions and excessive turbo lag. the most common causes of black smoke are over fueling and air restrictions.

Diesels fire by compression not by spark hence no spark plugs. That and it's a different fuel, not gasoline. This is why the smoke will always be black. And as for it burning your eyes, you shouldn't be standing where the exhaust lets out anyway.
