It really depends on how she implied it or said it. Sometimes it is just a nice way of saying no. But then again she might actually want to get to know you. If she starts hanging out with you then she really does want to get to know you first. If she ignores you then she was just saying no. Good Luck!

Depends on the girl, becasue they all aren't the same.
Do just that though. Get to know her better, and let her come to you. She already knows you want to be in a relationship with her, so give her time and if she wants that she'll ask you.
