Its kind of hard to fight guys dress as regular people and who cowardly blends into crowds of civilians and shoots and the troops, or should we just kill everyone over there. But there are those few who try to make a stand against the troops but either get captured or killed.

no we cant fix a civil war with millions of possible combatants in multiple towns. Thats why we are losing we basically set things up for a civil war. A civil war that was coming if the 1/3 minority in power was to go out of power. We just sped up a process with all the torture and opression saddam is accused of you think the 2/3 majority isnt going to have a little revenge when they get a chance???

At the end of the day, wars boil down to teenagers with rifles killing other teenagers with rifles. Despite all the technological BS, that's just as true for America as it is for any other country.

Iraq's teenagers are willing to kill and die to restore their country's independence from American domination.

America's teenagers are NOT willing to kill and die to bring Iraq's oilfields under the control of ExxonMobil, Chevron Texaco, Royal Dutch Shell and the New York Commodity Exchange.

And that's why America will lose in Iraq!

strong determination can win over any man mad object.

From my experience as a Viet Nam Veteran the only way the U.S. has a real chance at winning is to tell Washington / politician's to shut the he** up!! and let the field / ground commander's there do their job's. For the simple fact that 99.99% of the politician's have no clue about military strategies / operation. If Washington would have stayed out of the military way in V.N. we would have won.

It has nothing to do with the equipment. The U.S. could just raze the cities to the ground like they started doing during the Civil War and during WWII. It's all about a clean war that only liberal dream about.

Well, it's not technology losing to determination because Bush is pretty determined - the problem is that he's determined to screw the pooch as heinously as possible.
