I just use cheap old cold cream. It can be found at any store and soothes right away.

You need a cream not a lotion that is meant to be put on your face that won't give you an adverse reaction of breaking out.
Honestly, I've been using the Nivea Q10 cream to sleep at night and the Aveeno Moisturizure with SPF and it's been a great dramatic difference.

I just wanted to send a huge thanks for the book called eczema free forever!
