Me and this girl have been really close lately, we been hanging in lunch, I have sometimes walked her to class and carry her stuff. She likes football and I am thinking of watching the Super Bowl with her, that is if she accepts me going over to her house. Anyway, I am leaving Miami in about a week from now for either 7 months or a year. Going to Peru, and I really want to give this girl something sweet that shows how much I care about her. I am thinking of writing her a sweet letter and giving her a teddy bear so she can sleep with it at night. I would give this to her at her house because I stopped going to school for now, if not I will visit her at school. Is giving her a letter and a teddy bear a good idea?? If not, please advice in something better.

It doesn't really matter on what you give her, but how you present it- it should show that you care about her. A teddy bear and a letter is fine, and making the letter is nice because it's personalized and is written in your own words, while the teddy bear is a gift that serves as a reminder of you. :) If you want, you can try something different, maybe a little more unique or daring but this is the classic sweet gift. Go on, it's great! <3

That sounds like a really nice gift. I'm sure she'll appreciate it a lot. I feel like it might be too early to give her a serious gift, like an anniversary gift.

high school= i have no clue
jr high=teddy bear
elementary=candy and lots of it LOL
