Do you have any flu like symptoms? Or burning or painful urination? Could be virus, but the back ache makes me think perhaps a bad kidney infection. I would suggest going to the doctor if these symptoms persist.

Walk through K-Mart and see if you get the same feeling. If so then walk through David Jones or Myer and if the feeling goes away then it is targetnitis, also known as Kmartethia.

I suggest going to the doctor's. Before my sister was diagnosed with diabetes this happened to her, and she wait a few days before going to the doctors to find her sugar level out of whack.

you should go to doctor to have routine blood work done and to also check your kidneys. does diabetes run in your family? are u in healthy shape. sometimes it could be as simple as diet and exercise or lack of that's catching up to you.

Go to your doctor because it sounds like it's either you were having an anxiety attack or injured disc on you spine. whatever it is , it's definitely curable
