Your story sounds so familiar to me. I went through the same thing for years before I finally went to a dr. and got checked out. It turned out to be an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) and 1 pill each morning keeps me feeling great. Get your TSH checked!

Talk to your doctor, but what you are describing sounds a lot like depression. You may also be suffering from a poor diet, which isn't good, either.
Tell all of this to your doctor. They will be able to help you figure out what is wrong, as well as tell you how to correct it or give you the medications to assist you with correcting it. But a thing to know is that if you fear being on medications all your life, at a teen age, you may be able to be on meds for a couple of years, and then get off them when your hormones become balanced.

Sleep exhaustion *can* lead to all of those symptoms, crankiness, irritation, nausea and not being hungry. The sleep problems could be caused by any number of problems, anemia, thyroid, or even chemical imbalance. However, I'm not a doctor, so I'd suggest going to yours and asking for a blood workup. A simple CBC could rule out a lot of issues...and if not he could order some more elaborate tests.
Good luck

actually if you get too much sleep your body actually feels fatigued. I thought there was something wrong with me but really i just like to sleep =P i know now to sleep only about 9 or 10 hours but nothing more and nothing less. that's just how much sleep i have to have. Everyone is different. I know a lot of people who can't eat during breakfast. it's not good not to eat anything at all.. maybe you should eat a banana or something. They help with cramps. and for the mad thing... you might have anxiety or stress... =[

I assume you're asking this question in the pregnancy section because it may be a possibility? If you've had unprotected sex and have missed your period you should have a test done. Otherwise it could just be stress. Stress can do all types of things to you. All of the things you mentioned are symptoms of stress. You may also be low in iron or some other vitamins. You may just want to get a check up. Better safe than sorry. I mean that in more ways than one.

Go to the doctor girl!! My sister has an under active thyroid and it sounds like what you might have. Go ASAP because it sounds like it is really affecting the quality of your life. Once my sister started taking medication she couldn't believe how great she felt. Good luck!

Could you be pregnant (not even sure of your sex)? There are a million illnesses it could be or just stress. You really should see a doctor to get a full workup. It's really just impossible to tell you based on those symptoms alone. It could be anything from mono to thyroid problems to hormone problems... anything..
