I have always heard that. I feel that it is true. I don't sleep well period. If I wake up during a full moon I can't go back to sleep. I think besides ebing a "MENTAL" thing I think because it looks close to being day light outside so I stress over having to get up soon. I will not look at the clock.... that only makes it worse. Sorry if I am no help!!! ;o)

The Moon is mother natures powerful tool, it controls our oceans, and its energy is magnetic; so our "aura" outer fields of energy, feeds from this, which makes people and animals behave in a strange, restless way. I think most people have some kind of disturbed sleep, because the full moon is so bright and it sort of reverses our senses, into thinking that its light so we should be awake!

It could be the moon, they have proved that the moon does effect some people, some just go off of their rocker. The ER's are usually filled the three nights around the full moon, so i guess it could also effect your sleep if it can do that .

It is much easier to make love in the light, and what more romantic than a full moon. It has been so many years since love making was a part of survival, that most people are restless and don't know why.
