no.. that is against the law... she or he is only 15... you have to wait until she or he is 16 so they can atleast have word to defend their own will in the court... you dont get the freedom of will until your 16... reguardless if it is only half a yr... it is against the law.. so be careful.

In a word: NO. You can when the 2 1/2 year difference means that the younger of the two has reached "legal Majority", i.e. the age at which the Law says that person is "legally" a free adult, who can sign contracts, smoke, drink, vote, etc. at that point - fine go ahead. But a 15 & 1/2 year old and an 18 year old will land you in prison charged with Statutory Rape. And NO, the Court really is NOT interested in hearing why you both think you're case is "special" or about how much in love you are or that you are cosmic "soul mates", or truely "destined and ordained" to be together " by a higher power that "Man's courts" - and that will impress them, and probably get you another two years.
So if you must, - find a super young looking 19 year old to get your jollies with, and leave the children alone, and remember that, these 15 year olds sometimes have very jealous Daddies, and some of these Daddies have big old guns and know hou to use them, and might just put a round in your brain pan if they got it in their head that you had carnal knowledge of their baby girls. So a workd from the wise: Grow up, and grow up your tastes in women too - or your going to find yourself in deep trouble, - or worse.

Technically yes you could, or people could- but in this day and age I would not. Now if you were both 16, 18, or even if you were the 18 year old going out with a 30 year old, this would be cool. Its just something about the age of 15.5-16 year olds going out with an 18 year old or older that strikes a nerve with some people. I hope this helped. Jeremy

Don't sleep together. Period. Just don't. And why would you want to be with a 15 year old? What an age difference. It's not like 30 and 32. Wait until the person is 18 and see how you feel then. Not such a big gap.

if you are in the united states you can't, but some places you Can.Where i am ( Egypt ) you are legally an Adult at 21 not 18

I would say yea, but as long as their not having sex so it would be called rape. 18 you're considered an adult. The girl is under 18 then she's still a minor. Legally if you guys were to have sex it would be rape, but I would say if she gives into it then its consensual (not rape). But jus' to be safe I wouldn't
