what is it called when somebody always has to be right and makes everything anybody does a game and they have to say they win even when they ARE wrong? They rub it in and they are the only one that cares cause nobody else sees it as a game.

Like they have to keep score of everything in their head and you aren't because it is no big deal and then one day they give you a list of where you are wrong. You are caught of guard and not having kept score you can't say yeah well on such and such a day you were wrong when you...
then they are like haha I win

the only thing i can think of that you may be talking about is narcissism. it's more of a character flaw, albeit a big one, than a specific psychological misfunction.
