There are too many things to be able to know without testing. As the person above me mentioned, lactose intolerance is one possibility, but so is a stomach ulcer. Acid reflux is another possible diagnosis, as is gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining.)

My suggestion is go to your doctor and see if he suggests running some tests. Gastric tests aren't a lot of fun, but once the problem is pin-pointed, it's often an easy fix -- medicine and change of diet.

Maybe you have a gastritis.

That always happen when you make a disorder in your eating hours.

What i recommend you is the following
Make an appointment for your eating, if you work, talk to your boss, that you are in a theraphy with a doctor, because of a problem of gastritis and you cannot disorder the hours of eating.

Do not drink to much coke, try to drink more water than anything.

I also recommend you a Ranitidina for your stomach and you will feel better of the pain and gases, you will see.

I hope this work for you

fairly common here are a couple of things that may be the culprit of your pain:

1. from drinking too much carbonation (i.e. beer, pop, energy drinks)
2. your body has changed and something you eat is not digesting right and releases too much gas in your stomach, it can be painful.

pretty sure it's the second one, it happens to me too and it is painful, it only happens when I eat food I know I shouldn't-pepperoni.

when in doubt go to the doctor.
++ the sounds you hear are the sound of your stomach trying to digest the food and the air/gas stirring in your stomach.

press your stomach and if it's kinda hard your pretty bloated. Lean over the couch and really try to fart it out or burp it out(i know it's gross), may take a couple days to get the air out fully. Also keep track of what your eating, so you know what not to eat.

simplify your diet is the best thing for you: veggies, fruits, dairy, whole grains (if it says Enriched, it's another word for SUGAR and it's not a good choice)

JUST SAY NO TO: fried foods, pop, fatty meats, foods with seeds(deseed them prior to eating and this includes sesame seeds as our bodies don't digest them.

Make sure you are getting 3 healthy meals a day and healthy snacks with all junk food and fried foods cut out. Try it for a week and see what happens. If that doesn't work then cut out all Dairy products for a week. If that doesn't work either then I would see a doctor. Or just get some Beano

You may be lactose intolerant. Your body may not be able to digest milk. Try lactose-free milk.
