to think of the effect of global warming that scares me a lot. ice melting, water rising, extreme weather changes & so on. personally, i think people are lack with knowlegde of this matter. one of the way to make them realise how bad can it affect us, is by open their eyes using advertisement in tv & posters the effects of global warming.then it will hit them in their head that THAT can actually happen. we keep on denying to ourselves that global warming effects can be happening to us when we are not even sure of it yet. the movie 'the day after tomorrow' says it all. good film to watch.

The latest report of the scientists, during which they briefly shut off the lights of the Eiffel tower as a symbol of energy savings, estimates that sea levels will rise about 17 inches (43 centimeters) in 100 years. That doesn't seem so bad to me. That estimate is also less than previous predictions, so it seems the scientists are thinking it will not be as bad as once thought.
