It is a known blood thinner/anticoagulant.

Aspirin can thin your blood, reduce painful, inflammatory and feverish states. Taking an asprin a day can help prevent heart attacks. Taking an asprin right after a heart attack can help minimize the damage from heart attack.
Asprin does not increase the risk of high blood pressure, however ibuprofen and tylenol have been shown to increase the risk.
A daily regimen of aspirin seems to decrease the risk of heart related ailments. Nighttime is the best time to take a daily aspirin to protect your heart. In a recent study, people with mild hypertension who waited until bedtime to take an aspirin tablet lowered their systolic blood pressure by an average of 7 points after 3 months. Those who did not take aspirin or who took aspirin in the morning showed no change in blood pressure.

The half that say no are correct. Aspirin can help prevent heart attacks and stroke in at risk populations (i.e. in people who have already had one or the other). It works by irreversible impairing platelet function, preventing some of the early stops of thrombus (blood clot) formation. At low dose aspirin should have no affect on you blood pressure at all.
At high dose, aspirin potentially can cause kidney damage which might make you blood pressure go up.

Aspirin does not lower blood pressure.
There are quite a few people who would like it very much if aspirin did lower blood pressure - the cost of blood pressure medicine is considerably higher than good ol' aspirin. But it doesn't.

No, aspirin is classified as an antipyretic (lowers fever), and a nonopioid analgesic (pain reliever). It will however thin the blood, and this is why it is used in the prevention of heart attacks. Aspirin is known to decrease the therapeutic effects of antihypertensives (blood pressure reducers). If you are taking an antihypertensive medication I would recommend seeking the advice of your health care professional for guidance in order to prevent drug interactions.

No it does not lower your bloodpressure. see source how to lower your blood pressure naturally. Also you can do Emotional Freedom techique and hypnosis. Good luck, do not worry and enjoy your live. Yesterday I did a test with a 49 old gentleman, he had an infection in his lip, was stressed out because his wife is very sick, has bills to pay…etc. He had the same question so I took his blood pressure 155/98 too high. I asked him to relax and lay down for 5 minutes and no talk. I repeated the blood pressure again it was 144/89. I did EFT on him, Emotional Freedom Technique. Which takes me a minute? Simple easy acupressure points with affirmations. His blood pressure, still having his infection, came down in 2 ½ minutes to 136/73. He was so relieved and grateful. So funny you ask this question now. See source for more recipes on high blood pressure and enjoy your life, learn EFT, to get a better life and you can save on trips to doctors, psychiatrist, counselors etc.

Aspirin reduces platelet stickiness. This in turn reduces the chance of blood clots in the vessels of the heart or brain. That reduces the chance of heart attack and stroke, which result from high blood pressure.
There is not effect on blood pressure.

Aspirin does not lower blood pressure - aspirin keeps you blood thinner - so clots don't form and go to your heart.

No. The aspirin will act as a blood thinner, reducing your chance of heart attack and stroke. Or, it will help you while you're having a heart attack or stroke. It will not lower your blood pressure.
If that were the case, doctors would prescribe it all the time for hypertension.
