French Baguette Pizza
How about a bread pizza? Take a slice of bread, or a long slice of a French baguette and toast it. Then add some pizza sauce to it- you can get sauce ready made in a jar. Sprinkle some sweet basil, oregano, or fresh herbs on it. Add shredded cheese. Add your favorite pizza toppings. Stick it on a plate into the microwave and watch as the cheese melts. Once the cheese melts, take it out of the microwave and let it cool for a moment. It’s yummy, fast and fun. With the long French bread you can cut into several slices and share with friends.

Salsa Dip
1-2 8oz blocks of cream cheese, depending on the size of baking dish.
1 jar of Salsa
1 medium size package of shredded Montery Jack and Cheddar Cheese.
Start with spreading the cream cheese in the pie dish, then add the salsa, then finish it off with the shredded cheeses.
Put it in the oven @ 250 degrees.until it begins to bubble in the middle, making sure it doesn't burn around the edges.
IT"S DONE.
Serve with torilla chips
Another recipe that is simple is
Cream Cheese Dip
1 8 oz block of cream softend mixed together with marsh Mallow Fluff.
Trust me its awesome. Serve with Strawberries
Those are my personal favorites, but I'm sure you could find plenty more simple recipes at foodnetwork.com. I like watchng Semi-Homemade.Hosted by Sandra Lee, among other shows.

For a cold winter night, here's a fast and easy main meal. Just be careful, as usual, using your stove's burners.
The dried beef this recipe calls for is NOT beef jerky. It is a product usually found in your supermarket with the tuna, canned clams, etc. Look for the "Canned fish/canned meat" aisle. It seems usually to be on the top shelf, so if you have trouble finding it, get a TALL person to help you find it! I have found dried beef both in jars (kind of small, like undersized jelly jars) and in plastic-foil packets about the size of a sandwich bag. The brand I usually find is Armour; there may also be a Hormel brand. It will look kind of like a round, dried sausage (think a large pepperoni stick) that's been cut into very thin slices.
Warning: Dried beef straight out of the package is very salty. It will affect your final product--you WILL taste the salt. You can cut down the salt by separating the slices, rinsing them under cold water, then patting them dry with paper towels. I then restack them in small piles and slice each stack into ribbons about 1/4 inch wide. (You then have to separate the ribbon stacks.) I find it much easier to eat this way, than in the whole slices. Be careful with your knife.
Sometimes, too, I drain a small (8-1/2 ozs.) can of green peas and add them with the pepper and the beef. Yummy! A whole meal!
Creamed Dried Beef
Makes 4 servings
1/4 lb. (4 ozs.) dried beef (rinsed and sliced into ribbons, if you prefer)
4 Tablespoons butter (real butter works best)
3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup hot milk (try 30 seconds on high in the microwave)
1 cup light cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4-8 slices of hot toast or biscuits
Separate the dried beef slices; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter until foamy, then sprinkle in flour. Stir mixture until well blended. Add hot milk and continue to cook over low heat, stirring frequently. Slowly blend in cream, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and is smooth.
Add pepper and dried beef; stir and continue to heat until warmed throughout. Serve over hot toast or biscuits.

Get some large flour tortillas, and sprinkle some packaged shredded cheese top, and put them in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts a little, and carefully take the tortilla out of the oven, fold it in half, and you have a quesidilla. You can also ask your school friends for some of their favorite recipes, and make a cookbook for them all that includes all the recipes you received.

I used to make this all the time for my family when I was a kid. I'm 23 now and still love to make it. It's super-easy and verry delicious! You don't even have to bake anything. It takes 5-10 minutes to make.

Shopping List:
-2 boxes vanilla pudding (instant mix) and any ingredients needed to make that.
-1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
-1 few banannas
Instructions:
-Slice the banannas into 1/4 inch slices and tile them onto the bottom and sides of the graham cracker pie crust
-make the vanilla pudding and pour it into the pie crust over the banannas. pour it up to the top- you might have enough left over pudding to make another pie, you might not. it depends on how big your pie shell is.
-make a design out of some more sliced bananna on top of it.
-chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes or so
-ENJOY!

I hope you have as much fun making this as I do!

Well.... there are lots of easy recipes that you can make.
One of my personal favorites is easy Popsicles:
All you have to do is make a mix of your favorite juice. Lemonade, orange juice, cranberry juice, any kind of juice you want.
Then, take little Dixie cups and pour the juice into the cups. Put the cups in the freezer for about an hour and then take them out. Then, put Popsicle sticks in the center of each cup. Put them back in the freezer and wait over night.
Take the Popsicles out of the freezer and carefully remove them out of each of the cups!!
Hope you enjoy them!!!!
