I am guessing for your question that you haven't had many girlfriends or relationships, if any. I would say, instead of spending your time worried about girl after girl after girl- you should learn what activities you enjoy taking part it, you should value these women are friends and try to be as friendly as possible. Most importantly, you should value yourself enough to enjoy your life with or without a girl. Trust me, when you are enjoying yourself people will want to get you know you, and THAT is when you'll find someone... the best part, it will be someone who is genuinely interested in you and those things that inspire you. You can have all three if you play your cards right. You need to start with the one with the most self esteem. If she rejects you then you can try the one with a little lower self esteem. Finally if you're rejected again, try the one who doesn't care that you tried to get with 2 other girls before you gave her a chance.

The girl who doesn't get vengeful around the other girl and doesn't just instantly insult the other girls.
Someone who is willing to let you go if you decide to pick someone else, someone who listens to you. Now that's the girl.
