A spay can be invasive surgery depending on the vet doing it (some new techniques cause a lot less cutting on the cat but not all vets are up on the new techniques). She is ruffled, leave her be, she'll come around when she is ready to socialize again.

Animals naturally go off by themselves when they don't feel well - keep in mind for future - if you don't see them for awhile they may need medical help - anyway, she just had her little world rocked by something totally different, may be feeling a little insecure, doesn't feel well from the surgery and needs her rest. Just cater to her for awhile, making sure she gets yummy food, canned helps during a time like this if you usually use dry, and keep fresh water available. If it lasts longer than a few days, call your vet as there is always a small chance of infection or complications. My one cat, back in the 90's, only came out of a crate I made available to eat and go to the litterbox for something like 4 days.
