There is no stomach flu. You may have had a particularly virulent case of gstroenteritis. Are you sure it's your stomach cramping (in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen, partially covered by the ribs) or is the pain intestinal and therefore not in the stomach at all? If you also have bloating, it's gas. That you can do something about. If no bloating, eat light and drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol. And report this to your physician to be on the safe side.

Your good bacteria thing going on inside may have gotten out of balance. Give it some time and if the symptoms continue, then see a doctor.

Yes, yes it will its just the after affect like when a really good wave hits near a beach you have that swell affect were you can still get dragged under so yes it will eventually go away
