check MRN radio and PRN (not to be confused wit NPR) and see if they have an affilate in your area that you can pick up. if not, then some of the affilates will have a listen online feature on their page.

yes, there's a site on nascar.com, its called track pass, you'll have to pay for it but if you are a serious race car fan, it will be worth it
