whats it mean when a guy comes up behind you and acts like hes gunna push you in the pudle of water but before you fall he grabs you and then he picks you up from behind and then says i bet that scared you and then he put his hand on my chest to feel my heart! and he's always finding a reason to talk to me or touch me! what do yall think hes doing?

Well, for one he's feeling you up because he's attracted to you. You must have a nice body.
