sometimes.............................
like i bought a cheap one and got everything
then i bought a kicker wireing kit and didnt get rcas or speaker wire................
this was like 2 yrs ago though

It should have everything but the but the speaker wire to the sub. You have to buy that seperately. Make sure you buy the right kit with the right wire size for the watt output of your amp. Most amp kits should list what output its good for.

When looking for an amp kit look for one that says " amp kit with signal cable(rca's) and speaker wire". that will have everything you need
